external data

Hello,

when I start NinjaTrader on my computer with live-license and check "external datafeed" I have in my charts with EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD the prices in my range charts and in my minute charts untill this moment.

The prices are moving from then only when I connect my "external datafeed" connection really with my external datafeed.

How can I find out where the data is coming from before connecting to external datafeed? Could this be from Kinetick? But isn´t Kinetick end of day? (I have the prices in my charts when I start NT at about 1:00 AM EST)

Can I find out in a Nt-file where it grabs the data from?

The historical data is likely loaded from our historical data server.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, external data' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
