    Can't load historical data

I can't seem to get historical data to load for any instruments as of tonight (around 12AM Monday EST). I was using Ninja as usual about 30 minutes ago when I noticed that I was missing some data in a chart, so I went to reload historical data, but that option was greyed out. I restarted Ninja, and the reload historical data option was no longer greyed out, and when I click it, the 'Loading data...' text shows in the chart, but nothing happens. Where it usually shows what data is loading in the bottom right corner of the Control Center window, nothing is shown.

I've tried restarting my computer and also deleting everything in db\cache, but the problem remains. I've also noticed that in the log, it has the line 'Connecting to NT data server', but it never actually says that it's connected. I'm able to connect to Zen-Fire, and I know that the NT data server is at least partially functional, because I was able to get backfill for the time between EOD Friday and right now.

    Hello Radical,

    Thanks for your post.

Please contact me with an email to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120422.txt'.

After one more restart of NT, the problem seems to have mysteriously fixed itself. I guess I'll report back here if I encounter it again. Anyway, thanks for the response Kyle.

Same as Radical. Another restart and problem 'resolved'.
