    Hello,

Which instruments, expiry and interval are you having issues with? (E.g., ES 06-12 5 minute chart)

Do you get live data to these instruments from the Orders tab of the Control Center or from a SuperDOM window?

Do you get any errors on screen? Any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

        Hello,

Can you please go to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the ES 06-12 from the Default instrument list, and then remove it using the ">" button.

Once removed, please reset your instruments.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Next restart NinjaTrader, navigate to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the ES instrument from the available master instruments and select the "<" button to re-add this to your default list.

Last, you will need to open a new chart with this ES 06-12.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
