NinjaTrader
new NT can not connect/amp/CQG

The following message appears: "Login failed: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with CQG." I restarted NT but it re-appears.
I believe this was a problem in the past already and it came down to something at CQG so is nothing new. What to do now? Wait and retry in an hour?

Hello sandman,
Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, new NT can not connect/amp/CQG' in the subject header.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
