Odd issue with charts not loading data

Here's what's happening:

Open new chart of FAS (range bars) - chart is just blank white with scale ranging from 0 to 0.01
Open a new chart of 6E, it loads bars fine, change to ES, just blank as above
Change above chart back to 6E and it loads fine
Then I try several different stock symbols in above chart, one ends up okay, all the rest blank as above

On a blank chart, if I do a reload of historical data, the chart, just for a moment, has the text saying "Loading data", but then just disappears and chart stays blank

The problem does not appear to occur first thing in the morning.

If I disable running strategies and disconnect data then the charts work just fine. Then I reconnect, and the same symbols that had problems, have the problems again. If I once again disconnect from the feed, the "bad" symbols will once again work.

If I restart NT, all seems fine.

It's a real problem because very quickly into the day, we are unable to add or change new charts without shutting NT down, which means we really can't run live strategies.

Also, changing bar type, templates, etc; seems to have any effect.

In your note, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of the workspace which you're using.
Workspaces are held in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.

3.) A copy of today's trace file.
You'll find trace files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120503.txt'.
