    No FDAX updates

    I had the FDAX -6-12 chart open and was working but just quit about 15 min ago. Closed and reopend and still no updates. Any ideas?

    Thank you for your note.


    Can you tell me the following:

    - What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.x

    - Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    - Do you receive live data for this instrument in the SuperDOM or Time & Sales Window?

    - Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

      using 7.0.1000.10
      connected to CQG
      no time and sales info
      i am receiving data for all other charts
      i don't see errors in log - how would i know if they were there?

        What happens when you Right Click and Reload All Historical Data in the FDAX 06-12 chart?

        Does it update with historical data to the most current bar but no live data?

        In the Log tab do you see any messages along the lines of:
        FDAX 06-12 is not enabled for real time level 1 quotes.'

          yes historical data loads
          yes, i see the not enabled message - why? it was fine yesterday

            If you see that specific error message, please contact your broker for more information regarding enabling this instrument or if anything changed to disable this instrument from yesterday to today.

                Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

                You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
