    Bypassing a week day

    Hello NT Support,
How do you program in to a stategy (using Strategy Wizard) not to trade on certain days of week. Or to trade only certain days of week? Under TIME category in Condition Builder there is a Date Value but not sure how to use it. What is it for?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello thinkster,
Unfortunately you cannot do it via the Strategy Wizard. You can however unlock the code and code such strategy via the NinjaScript editor. Please refer to this sample code which further discusses it http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ead.php?t=3226

Please let me know if I can assist you any further.

Thanks Joydeep. What does the Date Value do in the Time Category in Condition Builder?

        Hello,

This allows you to specify a specific date to check for. You compare this to the Time Series under the Time menu.

So is you wanted to go long May 5th, you can specify May 5th in the Date Value and == this to the Time series and then run it tomorrow it will place a trade or whatever you specify under the do the following for the condition.
