    Error connecting to esignal

    Hi,

    I get the attached error when trying to connect to esignal.

    Thanks for writing in.

    At this point you will need to remove your eSignal account, uninstall NinjaTrader & eSignal, and the reinstall.

    Before uninstalling open NinjaTrader and go to Help> License Key
    Copy and save the license key to a document
    Next go to Tools> Account Connections
    Select your eSignal account and select remove

    Exit NinjaTrader and uninstall within Windows Control Center
    Also uninstall eSignal

    Restart your PC

    Now you may download NinjaTrader from the link below

    Under Current User paste your license key
    Select Download NinjaTrader
    Download and run Version 7.0.1000.10 (Current)

    Download and run eSignal 10.6.2124 from the link below


    Once complete launch NinjaTrader and recreate your eSignal account by following the steps in our eSignal Connection Guide linked below

      hello

      I have the same problem when trying to connect to esignal. tried reinstalling both ninja and esignal but with no luck. restarting, removing license key and reentering it...nothing helps

      please give me some common problem solutions so i could finally connect

        Thanks for your post.

        Additionally make sure you remove your eSignal connection and recreate it.
        To remove the connection go to Tools> Account Connections
        Select your eSignal account and select remove
        Select Add to recreate and follow the steps in our eSignal Connection Guide linked below.


        If you still can not connect it may be from your Windows User Account Control
        Please exit NinjaTrader
        Restart NinjaTrader by going to the Start Menu> All Programs> NinjaTrader 7
        Right click on the NinjaTrader 7 icon and select Run As Administrator
