How to configure correctly Forex Exchange

I'd like to know how to configure correctly the forex exchange in order to have the same data BID/ASK/LAST than my IB account (interactivebrokers). I've tried every possible exchange (IBidea, IBidealPro, Default...etc) but it's always the same...in my NT there's always a 3-5 pips spread between BID/ASK when in fact there's is as much just 1 in IB (interactivebrokers); this is a big issue cause the obvious cost trading forex.

Please help me with this problem cause my Algo can't work like this.

Yes, you need to use halfPip for IB as broker please.

You will first of all need to check what exchange those symbols run on in IB -

Ideal - higher spread but lower minium qty's to trade
IdealPro - lower spread yet *I believe* 25K min transaction

Then use the same exchange in NT for your FX spot symbols.

I'm sorry Bertrand to write once again, but I've chosen IBidealPro correctly, I've chosen HalfPip and the issue continues...Even the last prices are always different...so what else should I revise?

What IB TWS and NT7 versions do you use here? Were the symbols freshly added to the default instrument list after you've changed their respective exchanges?

I have the latest version of NT 7.0.1000.10 , and the same for IB standalone 924.3a

I'm not sure how to answer:

I go to instruments, default list and edit it...

Should I erase the list and create a new one?

For IB TWS, please use 921.5 -

Just go to the Instrument Manager and remove the symbols from the left default instrument with the > button. Then readd fresh with the correct exchange selected, for example IdealPro in your case.
