    Charting Extended CBOT Agricultural Hours

    Hi there, with the CBOT change in arg commodity trading hours, how would I go about ensuring that my charts reflect the full market. I created a new session template to represent the new hours:

    Start: Sunday 6PM CST - End: Monday 3PM CST
    Start: Monday 6PM CST - End: Tuesday 3PM CST
    etc...
    Start: Thursday 6PM CST - End: Friday 3PM CST

    I then went to my instrument manager and corrected the instruments to use the new session template. Saved everything and then restarted the platform.

    My charts do not show the expended training hours, still ending at the old time of 7:15AM CST. Any ideas?

    I am seeing tick data come through on my T&S window, I would expect that to show up in the chart as well.

      Hello covered,

      Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if this will load the data as per the new session template.

      Does the issue remain if you create a brand new chart at Control Center-->File-->New-->Chart?

      You should receive real-time data in the chart as well. What happens if you select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the Data Series menu of the chart?

        Reloading historical didn't seem to fix it. A new chart appears to get the correct information, however if I load the template for my chart settings into the new chart it doesn't work.

          It appears that by completely rebuilding my charts I was able to get it working. If there is a way to fix that it would be very helpful. I have a lot of charts to rebuild based upon the change.

            It seems the chart template is not saved with the new session template. Could you please save a new chart template and load it in the existing charts.
