    how come

if i initiate an order with a strategy consisting of 1 target and 1 stop on the DOM and it is filled
i can move the target and stop with 1 click on the DOM and the new values show on a chart trader and can also move the values on chart trader and they move on the DOM
but if i initiate a trade on charttrader and then try to move the stop or target on the DOM it comes back with you must select an active ATM strategy that contains working stop loss etc?

    thanks

    Hello poeds,

Please select the active ATM strategy from the ATM strategy drop down list in the SuperDOM. It will be titled '* Active ATM Strategy name'

You will need to have the active ATM strategy selected to modify stop loss and profit targets with a single mouse click in the SuperDOM.

        ah sorry again
i have to select the option that actually says active atm etc rather than just the name of the strategy on its own

            Hello poeds,

This only needs to be done when using the single click order modification feature in the SuperDOM.

If you right click on the SuperDOM, select Properties, select
ATM Strategy selection mode' and set to 'SelectActiveAtmStrategyOnOrderSubmission' the '*Active' should be selected by default when entered into an active ATM Strategy.

i can close the position without selecting active atm strategy
also everytime i use the stragy its assigning an incremental number to the strategy
will this create some db somewhere, why does it do this?

is it possible to stop the strategy from being updated with new number everytime i use it
or will it zero when i exit or something?

                  Hello poeds,

This will only be true when using the 'Single click order modification' feature in the SuperDOM.
The numbering is used to help manage multiple ATM Strategies running at the same time and for order history.

You can disconnect from your data providers to reset the number count on the Active ATM Strategies.
