    DOM Glitch

    Hello,

    I have sent an email with a glitch but nobody cared to respond for over a week. Things escalated, so Im posting here with the hope that I will get an answer here.

    Included is a screen of todays trading. Notice that the DOM does not show anything, not even the bid ask prices, which are available as can be seen on the chart trader. My feed provides level II data but the DOM shows nothing. Level II is empty as well.

    I have 3 instruments turned on with 10 days history on each of 10 charts, so I strongly doubt its some "overload" issue.

      my broker is ZenFire and I am getting data from IQFeed (client 4.8.1.7).

        Hello Daniel,
        Thanks for the confirmation.

        NinjaTrader requires IQFeed client 4.7.1.3 to connect to IQFeed. Please refer here to know more http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php

        Also please contact IQFeed and make sure you are enabled for Level II data as it may require additional subscription.

        Also you able to get level II data if you are only connected to ZenFire?

          Yes, I have Level II data available. The funny thing is that I restarted Ninja and all things started working fine, so this weird behavior turns up only sometimes. I will get the older client and will see if it helps.

            Hello Daniel,
            Glad to know you are getting the data. However I would suggest to use the IQQeed client version 4.7.1.3 as it is the compatible version we have tested with.

              I see that you said in your initial post you did not get a response for a week.

              This is not normal and I would like to check into why this occurred. How exactly did you make the initial support request, did you get a confirmation we recieved your note?

              If so what was the ticket number (6 digit number in the subject line) that was assigned to your case so I can look into this.

              Also have you checked your SPAM email filter to make sure our response is not stuck in there?

              If you have not got a response from our support team during our support hours in less the 1 hour then something is wrong and we need to check into what is going on.
