workspaces

i have tried to open 2 workspaces simultaneously but it just toggles between the 2
and i cant delete a closed workspace as nt is saying its open
i have followed instructions in help

Hello poeds,

Unfortunately you can only display one workspace on your monitor(s) at a time. You can have multiple workspaces opened. Shift + F3 allows you to toggle between the workspaces you have opened as you experienced.

To delete the workspace, please select it first so it will be displayed on your monitors. Subsequently go to Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace. You can now delete the workspace at Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace.

the help file needs updating

I do not see what needs to be updated in the help guide. Could you please tell me what specifically needs to be updated.

Please note that you can have multiple workspaces opened. However only one workspace can be displayed on your monitor(s) - the others will be opened in the background.

Thank you for your post.

To delete a workspace, please use these steps:

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.
• Right click on the file you wish to remove, then select 'Delete'.
• Finally, restart NinjaTrader.
