    duplicate order

    Hi,
    DOM was acting weird today.
    It took a few seconds to my orders show up on DOM today after the voice "order filled"

    If you look at attached picture you see why.

    After I put in my live order NT tried to put in the order at the same price in SIM mode.
    Arrows point that it happended twice.

    Please let me know how I can fix this.

    Hello kalalex,

    Thank you for your post.

    Were ATM strategies used with these orders? Based on what I see here, I suspect that a shadow strategy may be applied to your ATM Strategy template.

      They were placed with ATM.
      Where can I find this shadow strategy?

        Now I place a order in another work space for russell and there's an order working in SIM for CL in another work space.

        This time it didn't even show up in order tap in control panel.

          Hello kalalex,

          Please open a SuperDOM, then right click in the window and select Advanced Options.

          Next, cycle through your ATM strategy templates. If a shadow strategy is in place for any template, set that drop-down menu to '<None>', then resave your strategy. After saving over the existing templates with the Shadow feature disabled, you should not see any further issues.

            Ok.
            I found one ATM was working in shadow and duplicate order's gone.

            But it's still really sluggish for my orders to show up on DOM.
            Also in one of the chart "strategies" menu's greyed out.

            Would you know why?

            Thanks for the help.

            PS: In DOM, under <custom> ATM strategy there's always shadow in selected.
            I think I'll attache another picture to explain better.

              Hi Kalex,

              From the sound of it, you're asking about a secondary issue however I did not totally follow. Can you rephrase your new question?

                i thin greyed out part of question is clear from the picture.

                In attached picture you can see that I changed to "none" in <custom> ATM but if I go back _2car (first in the list of strategies) is selected again by default.

                I'm wondering if either causes the slowness of DOM reaction.

                I'm not sure if the link below will work for a clip to better explain.

                  This indicates that the change was not saved, but would have no impact on DOM speed. After setting the Shadow menu to '<none>', right click in the DOM and select Manage ATM Strategy Templates, then save your template.

                    i did it.
                    But <custom> is still there after I saved it in another name.

                    How about greyed out menu?
                    what cuases this?
                    it's related to "strategies"...

                        Ok.
                        While we are at it,,,please look at the pics attached.

                        One is from what I excuted today.
                        Another one is from account performance tab.

                        You see the discrepancy in commission in CL trades?
                        How can I fix this problem?

                            the commission is supposed to be $4.60 in account performance tab,,,,not $3.45 for CL trades. 2n picture below.
