    Start and stop trading times

I would like to have my chart commence with trades commencing at 9:30 and ending at 16:15 New York times. How can I do that please? My computer is set to New York time.

    Hello deandavis475,

The session template determines at what times the chart will receive/load data. You select the session template in the Data Series menu when you create a chart. If set to <Use instrument settings>, it will use the session template that is configured for the instrument in the Instrument Manager.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in question and click Edit. You will now see what session template the instrument by default uses.

You can view the times of each session template in the Session Manager (Control Center-->Tools). More information regarding the Session Manager can be found at the link below.

Many session templates are available in two versions, RTH and ETH. RTH stands for regular trading hours - the hours you refer. ETH stands for electronic trading hours.

Are those not the "CME US Index Futures RTH"? Just use the correct template.

OK Thank you. I just could not remember how it was done. Also, is there a location that will list all of the hours for the various named time frames that are listed in the table.

Is there no single place where all times are listed as a table rather than looking them up item by item??

Unfortunately there is no such table.
