Using ma to aid asset allocation

    Evening all,

Relatively new so appreciate all the help I can get.

I'm looking to put use MA to aid asset allocation. I want to use analyser to do this. However unsure.

The conditions would be something like the below. Is it possible to put the wording in as well? Is it possible to do as one indicator or would multiple in indicators work better?

    P<MA20 and p>MA200 Reduce
    ma20<ma50 and p>200. Sell
    Ma20<ma50 and p<ma200. Short
    P>ma20 and p<ma200. Reduce short
    Ma20>ma50 and p<ma200. Add
    Ma20>ma50 and p>ma200 buy

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

    Ben

The Market Analyzer can only compare to a numeric value. As such, you could create an indicator that sets its plot to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. for each set of conditions you are testing for. One indicator would work here.

Please let me know if I may assist further.
