    ep 09-12

    Set up a strategy on ES 09-12, After doing trades today, the account performance tab shows EP 09-12. What gives? It won't calculate that last trade properly. ES 09-12 doesn't show as a choice, but EP 09-12 does.

    Thank you for your post.

    Do you currently have EP listed within your Instrument Manager as a Futures instrument? If so please delete this instrument then reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
    • Disconnect
    • Tools
    • Options
    • Data tab
    • Reset Instruments
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Reconnect

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      EP still there

      That didn't seem to fix it. EP 09-12 is still there and the profit calculator still doesn't work

        Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris J" in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
        1.) A link to this forum thread.
        2.) Your most current trace and log files.

        You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

        Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

          Hi

          Could you describe what was the solution , because me and all of my colleague have the same problem , and offten we could't handle the Es posititions from the Pc where we sent from.

            I do not recall this specific case however first please delete any ES instruments listed within the Available Master Instrument list when you go to Tools-->Instrument Manager.

            Next please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
            • Disconnect
            • Tools
            • Options
            • Data tab
            • Reset Instruments
            • Restart NinjaTrader
            • Add ES 12-13 to the Default instrument list
            • Reconnect

            If the issue persists can you please clarify what actions are not being recognized such as they cannot close the position, modify, etc.
