How do I put the settings to start a strategy to a certain time,with the wizzard?.

Thank you for your note.

In the Strategy Wizard you will need to add the condition of Time Series compared to a Time Value.

Attached is a sample screen shot where I check if the current Time Series is greater than or equal to 7:00 AM.

The time is going to be based on your local PC clock.

The "Do the Following" statement is where you can tell your strategy to place orders, draw objects or various other abilities.

Maybe I asked the question wrong, but I want to start the strategy at a certain time, let's say I want to start at 10 a.m.

Hello,

You would like the strategy to only process orders at a certain time, you would use that time comparison in your "Condition" set along side your entry condition, and then under "Do the following" you would place your orders.

This will prevent signals generated before the set time from placing orders.
