different display of volume in chart volume

hello,

in my live nt chart trader i have different volume settings.

sometimes i see the real amount of stocks - like 1232
and sometimes i see 0,03M

how can i handle this that i always see the real amount. in this case the first one.

Hi unitrade,

Can you please let us know what data provider, instrument, and interval your'e viewing? As well as what volume information you are looking at? Do you have the volume indicator applied to a chart or something else? A screenshot will be helpful here too so would could see what you're looking at.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file by using the forums built in file attachment.

i use ib as datavendor and broker.

i was looking at QQQ. i see an ask volume of 1,945 in tws and 0,19M in the chart trader application from my qqq chart in nt.

chart trader application is not an indication. what i mean with this is possibility to trade from the chart on the right site. below you see bid / ask and bid / ask volume.

Thanks for your patience. In IB the bid / ask volume display is divided by 100. What you see in NT is the actual bid / ask volume, not this divided number.
