    Data retrieval problem

    I have CQG data via AMP Trading. I am running version 7.0.1000.10. This morning I had the charts open but was not connected to CQG. When I reconnected I am missing much of the data for the 2 or so hours I was off line. I have tried Reload all historical data and the message loading data appears on the face of the chart but never stops (25 Min ). I have closed NT and restarted twice with no change. Any suggestions??

    Thanks for the note. I am happy to help.

    This may be due to corrupt cache data.

    To remove historical and cache data please follow the steps below:

    1. Close NinjaTrader
    2. Go to (My) Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> db
    3. Right click on the folder cache and select delete.
    4. Open NinjaTrader
    5. Connect to data provider
    6. Reload chart data
