Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Do you see an "F" in the upper right hand corner of your chart? If so please left mouse click on the "F" to bring your chart back to Auto Scale.
If the issue persists can you tell me what data provider you are connected to and what instrument/expiry you have selected.
I look forward to assisting you further.Christopher J.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello Relogical,
Thank you for your response.
So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions.
- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
- Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
- What instrument have you selected?
- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, please detail in your response.
In addition please attach a screenshot of the chart that is blank when selecting the Renko Bar Type to your response.
Press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your response.

Hello Relogical,
Thank you for that information.
Both TD Ameritrade and Interactive Brokers do not support Historical Tick Data in NinjaTrader. Tick Data is the underlying data type for Renko bars.
For information on the data provided by your connectivity provider please visit the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...rical_data.htm
Do you see real time data for the FAS in the Orders tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center?
I look forward to assisting you further.

Hello Relogical,
Thank you for your response.
You can enable NinjaTrader to record the real-time data as historical by going to Tools > Options > Data > enable the option for Save Chart Data as Historical > OK.
This will record any open instrument in NinjaTrader as historical data.
If you would like access to more historical data, Kinetick offers the following:- 120 calendar days of historical Tick data (for building tick based charts, such as range and volume)
- 2 years of historical Minute data
- 10 years of historical Daily data
For more commonly traded symbols it is likely that more extensive historical data will be available, as well.
For information please visit the Kinetick website: https://www.kinetick.com/purchase
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
