Charting error?

My one minute chart has bars missing while 2 min chart is OK.
I am using Kinetick data. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Using version 7.0.1000.9

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum.

The data shown on your 1 minute chart appears to be for a different Session Template than your 2 minute chart. To check/change your Session Template on both charts please right click in your chart > select Data Series > then check the Session Template, is it the same for both charts? If not, change the 1 minute chart to the same Session Template as the 2 minute chart.

Please let me know if changing the Session Template resolves this matter.

I am using instrument settings for template and switching from 1 minute to 2 minute with the dropdown on the chart.

Thank you for your response.

So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• Does the data change when you reload historical data? To reload your historical data please right click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Version 9 and Kinetick ...yes It matches and changed after reloading. I am not sure I follow as to why?

Does the 1 minute chart still have missing data? Does the 1 minute chart now match the 2 minute chart?
