Following NT Support responses in other threads, I have worked with TDA over the last 2 days to try to get the problem fixed.
Last night TDA changed my account to Green and set it to be API 3rd party software enabled. At that point TDA said that they have done everything necessary on their side to make the connection work, and that if it didn't work, I would have to contact NT.
Unfortunately, I still couldn't connect this morning. Any ideas about what I should do next?
