Global Simulation problem deselection in file menu

    Global Simulation problem deselection in file menu

    The Global simulation mode is checked but when I try to uncheck it, "it just seems to be an unclickable option and the text for the option isn't bolded like the other selectable options in the drop down of the file menu", its faded out. How do I deselect it... My key is good through July 13th and its on auto pay. so its a applicable key.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris J" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace and log files.
    3.) Your license key which can be found under Help-->About.

    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

      I purchased my NT before I realized I didn't want to do business with MB trading due to data feed and fee's... Can I have my key enabled for Interactive Brokers. They seem to be a far superior broker and I just set up my account... I havent gone live with MB or TD at all and only paper traded with my free and purchased NT software.

      Please help.

              I sure did but that is for MB trading which I never went live because I wanted to test the data... I had a lot of problems with getting diconected even when I was just paper trading. So i went back to TD ameritrade and paper traded with them for the last few weeks but realized that I would be paying some pricy fees and decided to open an account with Interactive Brokers.

              So I needed to ask if my key could be changed to an IB account so I can go live with them.

                I have forwarded your key to our Sales Team to have your key changed for used with IB and you will receive an email as soon as the change has been processed.
