    Performance Manager and Internal Email support

    Both email support and the entire Performance manager do not work in any version of Ninja 5 that I have tried. I even installed a virtual PC so it couldn't be contaminated by prior downloads. Any ideas?

    Please be more specific:
    a) What error message do you get on trying to send mail to support?
    b) What in particular is not working on the performance manager? Is it crashing? Are stats off?

      I get the same error message that I sent in two weeks ago.



      Nothing about Performance Manager works.



      It does not track any trades at all.



      This started in 5.0 and has not ever worked.



      Sorry for the frustration level but I have been asking this question a very long time and the only response that I get is upgrade your version.



      I do that and nothing happens.



      It still isn't recording any trades.



      I then attempt to send an email from within the application and it states that it cannot send the message or words to that effect.

        On order for us to follow up we would need more information.

        On the mail issue:
        a) please send a screenshot of the error message you get to support
        b) what mail tools have you running in the machine, where NT5 is installed?

        On the performance manager issue:
        a) please place some trades on the sim account
        b) go to executions tab. The executions should be there.
        c) go to Performance tab and press generate
        d) go to the executions ubs tab in the Performance tab. Sim account executions you placed should be there

        Also: Please mail zipped DB (<install>\db\ninjatrader.mdb) to support and refer to this post.
