Placing additional stock/futures in the Default box

Is it possible that you can place other futures/stocks/indexes in the Default folder so that when you are in a chart you can just select on it at the default's selection box. With this way you can save a lot of time instead of creating another chart just for that particular stock/index/forex. If it's possible can you tell me how?

Just use the Instrument Manager to add the symbol to the list.

        Hello AthrunZala,

You will need to add the instruments to the Defualt instrument list.

You can do this by going to Tools > Instrument Manager. Then in the Instrument Manager window you will need to search for and select the instrument you want to add. Once selected click the '<' button to add it to the list.

Below is a link to the Instrument Manager section of our help guide.

Altho I am a futures trader using CQG, this weekend I have been trying to set up workspaces with charts for ETFs and Stocks I want to watch. I thot I could use Kinetic for EOD data for stocks and etfs but I was unable to create ANY charts at all over the weekend. OK Chris.... I sent the "geek stuff" you asked for....sounds like I have a problem asking for pretty run-of-the mill charts....an unostentatious beginning to my career with NT7

                        Hello DJHBIZ,

Personally, I use the Refresh button for the web browser being used or will select the URL and hit the Enter key.
