    Issue importing new data

    Hi,

    I have deleted data imported in the EURUSD instrument throught the Historical data Manager. But, if I load a chart it still plots de deleted data. I have delete the folder directly from NT/db/minute and day but NT still plots the data.

    The problem is that I want to replace this data with new one, but it keeps on plotting the old one. Besides, the platform is doing a weird thing cose is creating charts have of it with minute bars and the other half with daily bars.

    I need help to reset everything. I don´t mind to erase all the historical data i have ofother instruments

    Hello,

    Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”

      Hi,

      I followed your instructions and yesterday they worked perfectly. But today, everytime I change the session template or I open a new 60 min chart, in the same chart appears a mixture of daily bars and 60 MIn bars. I have done the process od deleting from Historical Data Manager, closing the platform and deleting Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder but it is not working any more.

      ¿Is there a way to reset the whole platform?

      Or do you suggest any other action?

        Can you please clarify if you're connected to a data provider when you open a new chart?

        What do you mean by a mixture of daily bars and 60 minute bars? Is this data inaccurate?

          Hi,

          I am connected to kinetick en of day.

          In options, i have unchecked "download data from server.."

          I attach a 60 min char with a mixture of daily and 60 min bars.

          I guess my data is reliale since last week i was working with it with no problems.

            Hello,

            Where did you import this data from? Do you know what time zone the minute data is time stamped in?

            What time zone did you select when importing the data?

            What session template is loaded on the chart, or which one are you changing to? What time zone is set for these session templates under the Tools--> Session Manager?

            What time zone are you located in?

              Hi,

              Thanks a lot for the reply.

              Lets forget it. I am not gonna use that data any more. It has been exported from other plaftform and it's creating problems. I don`t want to complicate things.
