    Hello Jonson,

    I tested it on my end and I experience the same. However if I use a base period type of 150 Tick, I do see Point and Figure data at 12910. Do you experience the same?

        Can you please shut down NinjaTrader and delete the following folder:

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db-->cache

        Start NinjaTrader and create a new P&F chart. When I test it on my end, I load the chart in the screenshot.

          ok - with a tick chart the problem persists, but with a minute interval there are questions...

            Can you please disconnect your data feed and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. Delete all YM 09-12 tick data. Instructions can be found at the link below.

            Exit NinjaTrader and delete the db-->cache folder once more.

            Start NinjaTrader, connect to your data feed and create a new P&F chart based on tick data. Check if you see data at 12910 around 18:00.

                Can you please post a screenshot of your P&F chart that is based on 150 tick bars.
                What happens if you create a regular tick chart - do you see the 12910 data around 18:00?

                        Hello,

                        Thanks - it is recommended to use a 1 tick interval for your PnF charts to ensure your charts display extreme tick highs and lows.

                          you are wrong, then make an amendment to officially document and delete timings for PnF!

                              Nope. He is right. The only way you can sync P&F charts to any kind of bar chart, at every price, is with a box size of 1-tick. The highs/lows vs. close refers to when/how the box size is calculated: there are still no partial boxes.

                              Let us illustrate with an example. Assume that at some time a bar chart and a P&F chart show the exact same high, (100 points say), and the P&F chart uses a box size of 3 (say). Now assume in a certain time interval the market advances only 2 ticks, then falls back.

                              The bar chart is now at 100 points + 2 ticks, but as the high never got to the 3-tick box size increment, the P&F chart high will still display 100 points: it will not show a 2/3 box. Box sizes are absolute and digitally quantized: in this case 3 ticks or 0 ticks; never 1 or 2 ticks.
