      Why not post the solution here instead of private mail, I also have a giant gap in my data between these two contracts.

        Hello,

        Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader?
        Which merge policy setting is in place within the Data tab of the Options menu? (Tools > Options)
        Which type of bar is requested in your chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

              I'm working with the most recent GC contract, backadjusted to 2011/12/12. It loads all the data but has a gap/jump from 7/27 to 9/24.. I have another gap too but I think I might have just created it a minute ago messing with dates.

              I connect to IB, load my chart on the current contract for the max time back that I can and with CL and ES it works great, but GC has this big Jump gap.

                    Hello,

                    Thank you for clarifying.

                    Please shut down NinjaTrader and TWS then update to the current 7.0.1000.22 release of NinjaTrader via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

                    After updating NinjaTrader please roll back to the recomended 938.1 build of TWS using this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_938_1.exe

                    Finally please restart NinjaTrader and reload chart data.

                      Wow, that fixed the previously mentioned Gap, thank you. But now April 8th to 26th is appears to be from an illiquid contract, and there's a gap from 4/26 to 5/27 ? For the 2012 year
