Applying breakout strategy to 30 min chart
I want to use the first 30 min bar on a 30 min chart as a reference bar to trade breakouts off of. I want to go long, 1 tick above the first 30 min high and short, one tick below the first 30 min low. I would like to have targets and stops included for stock pricing (ie. $XX.xx). I am new and do not know how to set up this strategy?Tags: None

Hello,
Thanks for the note.
You can contact one of our NinjaScript consultants to assist you with coding this or you can use our NinjaScript guide and forums to code this indicator yourself if you are a programmer.
I am unable to provide exact code snippets nor can I code it for you however we do have some examples I can provide to help you along the way. If you have any specific questions on NinjaScript I can answer these as well.

NinjaScript Samples:
Following are links to all available NinjaScript reference samples within this forum section: Strategy Reference Samples (NinjaTrader 8) - also applicable to NT7 Using a time filter to limit trading hours (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=3226) Using multiple entry/exit signals simultaneously
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
