    Yesterday's DATA have a huge GAP

    Hi,

    this bug started just recently altough I did not make any change to application or any indicators. Problem is always when I start NT it's missing data from yesterday on TF (emini Russell 2000). Data is missing since 15:13 until 02:00 next day, 15:30 means 09:30 in chicago - so its 6 hours difference as I'm located in central europe. Screen attached.

    Only solution I've found is to close NT, delete everything from db folder in Documents\NinjaTrader 7\ and re-start NT and re-download data. On next day, it's same scenario again.

    Thank you for your note.

    So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    What Session Template is applied to your chart? You can check this by right clicking in your chart > select Data Series > check the Session Template setting.

    Does this item only occur on the TF 09-12?

      Data supplier: Zen Fire
      Session temp: Default 24/7

      Yes, so far I've spotted this only on TF, unfortunately that's the one I trade the most.

        I am unable to recreate this item on my end. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

          as there is no visible problem atm, because i've deleted db files today and reloaded data again. I would perhaps do it tomorrow right after 1.st start of NT where GAP should reappear. This should give you more info.

              on friday I wasn't trading, today I do not observe any GAP over weekend. I will try to capture problem tomorrow. Thanks.

                Hi,

                problem reappeared today and I've sent you an email with log and trace files. I'm attaching current screenshot from today, where last minute for yesterday is 15:11, than it starts new day (today).
