Data in Chart seems to be offset

I have trading a continuous contract of Future in NYMEX using the Super Static DOM. I understand that all the Entry and Exit positions can be marked on a Chart and I create a Constant Range Chart. Everything are OK until the contract expires and roll over to the next month. By then I create a new chart of the new contract. Somehow all data in the chart seems to be offset by a certain value compared with Super Static DOM. Please see attached. How can I fix that? Thanks. Tiffany.

    Hi Tiffany,

    Thanks for your post.

Data would be offset by default. To disable the back adjustment, please open the Options menu (Tools > Options) then navigate to the Data tab - in that tab, set the 'Merge Policy' to 'MergeNonBackAdjusted', then click OK.

If I do this, will this affect the price level in the Super Static DOM? Thanks. Tiffany.

        Hi,

This would have no effect on the real-time data displayed in the SuperDOM.
