Email InterFace won't work with New Tradestation Build(12098)

Hi Everyone,

I was using NinjaTrader's email Interface that sends my Order from Tradestation to Ninja and to IB. Recently I have upgraded Tradestation which is now 12098 Build, and my Orders are not sent to Ninja, as they have introduced more security like TLS, SSL etc...

It still works with the last update, But not with the new update, I want to set the Ninja with this New Update, so that I won't get into the same issue in the future.

Thanks for your Reply. We are looking forward to see your reply with the solutions.

Just FYI , With the New Tradestation Build, we were able to send/receive mails using our won E-mail ID's. when we use [email protected], it says that the message has been sent, But there are no Orders received in NinjaTrader OrderTab/Log Tab.

Yes Mani, you would need to use specific email address with the Local SMTP server to communicate with NT here. Can you please contact me directly via Help >> Mail to Support to discuss the next steps?
