zen-fire probelms anyone?

    zen-fire probelms anyone?

    I was trying to connect to a zen-fire (through Amp) and NT says "connecting zen fire" but does not seems to finish. Anyone knows if any server issues or is broker related??

        If your Sim account have more than 30 Days probably is expired, you need to get a new one or talk to the broker for an extension.

          It is a Sim, but is just 2 week old, expire on 15th feb. I tried with the older NT version and it does say "unable to login (1004)" and to check my internet (which surely works) or login details (though i didn not touched it since installed)

            Contact the broker I don't know the duration of the sim accounts, but sounds like the sim is expired, happend to me before with the same symptoms, but probably he is the best person to tell you.

              Thanks, already did that.. and they say 30 days demo

              P.S. Any suggested broker for another (or a better) zen-fire demo?

                Similar symptoms happened to me once before, and broker (AMP) sorted it out. Maybe your username has been cancelled early, and needs to be reissued.

                  I had the same problem with an AMP demo account.
                  I tried on another pc and everything went fine.
                  So I reformatted the first pc, did a fresh installation of windows xp, and everything went fine.
