Hello 35trader,
Thank you for your post.
This would require altering the Tick Size of the instrument you are viewing by going to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Instrument Manager > search for the instrument you wish to alter > double click on the instrument on the search results to open the Instrument Editor > once the Instrument Editor opens you can adjust the Tick Size in the Definition tab > OK.
Changing the Forex instrument from 0.0001 to 0.00001 will adjust the decimal place, but you may wish to change to another Tick Size.
For information on the Instrument Editor please visit the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...nstruments.htm
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

I tried this already and switched to .00001, but the chart y axis still plotted in a 4 decimal number.

Hello 35trader,
Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and set 'Quote currencies (FX) in' to TenthPip. Forex instruments will now use 5 decimals.
Subsequently charts will reflect prices in 5 decimals providing on the scale. If you do not see 5 decimals initially, please click and hold your left mouse button on the right side on the price axis and move upwards.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Can you please shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the folder below.
C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db
Delete the "cache" folder.
Start NinjaTrader and create a new EURUSD chart. Check if prices show a fifth decimal when adjusting the price axis.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Does it work if you create a new chart for a different forex instrument?
Do you connect to the free Kinetick EOD connection or do you have a subscription?
If you go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, what tick size do you see listed for the EURUSD?JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
