Continuous CBOT contracts not mapping

Hi,

I am not able to map TS CBOT symbols to existing ECBOT symbols in NT. I am using Tradestation as a data source and tried connecting @TY as the external data symbol to ZN in NT for example.

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums.

To map to the continuous @TY contract loaded in Trade Station chart, you would need to use either TY or TY|12-12

Thanks for the prompt response.

When I use TY or TY|12-12 it doesn't work. ZN still has no data. BUT, when I type in TY the current price is shown. However, in the "Instrument Manager" TY has now been created as a "stock", and there is now a ZN "stock".

The other contracts are not an issue, for example, GC, CL, and such. It is only the ECBOT symbols in NT with the "Z" prefix not mapping to the @TY or @C for ZC.

I am not sure why there is a disconnect for this specific exchange.

Is there also a stock for ZC, or other Z prefixes?

What is the symbol map being used to "External" from the instrument editor?

There were other Z prefix "stocks" after I tried the mapping but I then deleted them.

I am trying to map

TS to NT
@C to ZC
@S to ZS
@W to ZW
@TY to ZN

One further question, should NT be running consistently at 25 - 30% cpu?

The CPU should not stay at 25 - 30 %
