Charts not updating

Hello
I have Russell configured for a session template that matches its hours.
I am on velocity and kinetick.
I see the Static DOM udpate its price but charts do not, please assist.

Can you tell me the following:

- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.x

- Who are you connected to first?

- What chart interval is selected? (e.g. 5min, 4 range, etc.)

- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

i have 500, 1500, and 4500 tick
no errors listed sir

Please show exactly what you have for this. That could mean different things to everybody.

it is a session template that allows for the closing from 6 to 8 M-Th
and the open on sunday night

The connection order is whichever one is listed first.
[Connected - Kinetick][Connected - Velocity (Trading Technologies)]

Is this a live or free version of Kinetick?

Can you try a basic 1 minute chart of the TF 09-12?

OK - this sounds a little strange. My only thoughts lead to:

1) Right click on the your chart -> Data Series -> End Date = today's date? if it's yesterday, it won't update.


2) Your post was after 8pm EST ( 9:21 pm EST)

What is the exact symbol? Is this a future? I can check on my Zen-Fire connection tomorrow.

Even though the chart works, it doesnt load anymore data after opening
Does it help that my kinetick feed is new as of tonite? Im a new customer with them

Please ensure that your Session Templates is set to the IPE Europe Futures, or <Use Instrument Settings>

Right click in your chart -> Data Series -> Session Template field.

Also, please try disconnecting from Kinetick, so that your Velocity connection is first, then reconnecting to Kinetick.

Once completed, right click in your chart -> Reload All Historical Data.
