Email with Win7

I upgraded to Win 7 from XPPro on Fri after the markets closed.
Just opened NT to enter email info.... the test fails --- is there something about NT and Win 7 that could be causing this?

Please attach a screenshot of the message you are receiving to your response here so I may investigate this matter further.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach to your response.

Thank you for getting back to me.
It is now working. Why? I don't know. I just kept trying every so often. All of a sudden it worked.
It was working under XPPro. When I used the same settings with Win7, it did not work at first.
Everything is fine.

I am not sure exactly why this did not work at first. However, if this occurs again please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your log and trace files attached and reference to this thread in your e-mail: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=52532

• You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
• You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
