Missing Data on Sept 12

I have CQG data feed through AMP Futures. I noticed that the 12/2012 contract for the TF is missing data from approximately 16:12:02 - 20:00:01 on September 12. I tried reloading historical data but that didn't fill in the gap.

Data from this time seems to load normally here. Please right click in the chart and Reload Historical Data.
