ZenFire disconnects every 20 seconds

Started at 2.12 am US ET 18 September.

Disconnects and then immediately re-connects - every 20 secs.

latest version of NT, but had been alright until now.

Can you please check for software such as firewall and anti-virus software that could be interfering the connection. Temporarily shut down such software and try the connection again.

Make sure your PC clock is set to the correct date and time. If you need to make any changes, please shut down NinjaTrader first.

Try a reset of your modem/router as well and check if this will make a difference.

If the issue remains, please send me your Config.xml file. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email.

You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, ZenFire disconnects every 20 seconds' in the subject header.

I think you can stand down Jason.

I tried a back up connection via a USB Broadband Mobile data stick on the cellular network and that is just fine.

So the issue must be with my landline based Broadband connection anywhere from my router right back to my ISP. The problem is still persisting on the landline connection so I will ring my ISP and see what sense I can get out of them.'
