    Mini Russell Problem - TF

    Hi,
    I am having trouble making a chart for the mini russell 2000. I use Kinetick. I have the symbol setup as @TFS and the exchange as ICE. I have session template as ipe europe futures. I am also checking with Kinetick to make sure I am subscribed to the data. The error when making a chart is "error on loading chart data for "TF NYBOT": error on loading historical data(20013).

    I changed the exchange from NYBOT to ICE and am having no luck with either. Appreciate any help.

    Hello, Mark:

    Thank you for your post.

    Please disconnect from Kinetick and any other provider you're currently connected to then reset NinjaTrader's instrument list:
    • Open the Options menu (Tools > Options) then navigate to the Data tab.
    • Click 'Reset Instruments'.
    • Restart NinjaTrader to complete the process.


    After restarting, reconnect to Kinetick and check TF 12-12 once more - data should be available.

      Hi Kyle,
      Still not working. I followed your steps and getting same error message 20013 - error on loading historical data.

      I appreciate your help. Any other thoughts?

        1.) A link to this forum thread.

        2.) A copy of today's trace file.
        You will find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'd need the file which is named 'trace.20120918.txt'.

            Hi, I have absolutely the same problem as Mark. Historical data for TF is not available from yesterday (Tuesday 18/9/2012), all other contracts as NQ, YM, ES are OK. If you find any solution, post it here please. Thanks. Brundibar
