      This had to deal with kinetick.

      I tried on Zenfire CL 10-12 and 11-12 and had the same issues with error loading.

          My TF on zenfire historical is hosed too
          but level 2 is fine and going forward.




          I record my 6E.. and I'm not about to test it by closing and restarting.

            does it have to do with ICE ?

            my strategies are working on the instruments.

              I have no clue bro.

              I don't know what ICE controls.. but NYMEX and NYBOT don't say ICE. Maybe they are sub to ICE.

              I did find this thread from Jan 2012 about ICE and Kintetick...

                Hello shanemcdonald,

                The error is related to our historical data server. The message indicates the historical data server was too busy processing other request so your data request could not be processed. If the issue recurs, please wait a few moments and check if you can reload the historical data by right clicking the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

                If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, unable to connect to server try later' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
