No daily chart

Hi

I'm lost, why can't I see any longer daily charts. I deleted all daily data from 2012 and then downloaded it from Kinetick - End of day. But nothing is changed.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check this by going to Help > About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Do you connect to multiple connections? In what order do you connect to the data providers?

What instrument will not load or is it all instruments?
Please go to Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit > select the instrument you wish to see daily data for > Last > Day > do you see data listed here?

No, conected only to IB
What instrument will not load or is it all instruments?
All, but normaly it is CL
Please go to Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit > select the instrument you wish to see daily data for > Last > Day > do you see data listed here?

I forgot to mention that when I restart NT7 a few times the daily chart is back.

Thank you for your response.

Please shut down NinjaTrader > then go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache > delete all contents within the 'cache' folder > restart NinjaTrader and advise if you can load the daily data onto your chart.

Ok I did delet the cache and also I deleted all daily data from 2011 and I maked a new workspace. Until now it is working fine.

Let's see what happens in the future
