    Chart time axis not showing correct time for my location.

    Hello all,

    My NinjaTrader is displaying hourly data starting at 00:30 instead of 00:00 for the Pacific Time zone.

    I have made sure my computer regional settings and location are United States and closed NinjaTrader and then re-synch'd my computer clock to the Pacific Time Zone. Yet when I connect to eSignal (live) and open an ES 12-12 chart, it starts the day at 00:30 still.

    Is there something I am overlooking?

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

    So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check this by going to Help > About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
    Who do you connect to for data? This is displayed in green in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.
    What Session Template are you using? You can check this by right clicking in your chart and selecting Data Series > Session Template.

      Thank you. The version is 7.0.1000.9, connected to eSignal (live), session template is 'Use Instrument Settings'.

        Thank you for your response.

        Please upgrade your current version of NinjaTrader to our latest release (7.0.1000.11). This is an over the top installation and there is no need to uninstall your current version of NinjaTrader.
        You will need your license key at the following link, you can find your license key by going to Help > License Key.
        Download NinjaTrader: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

        Please let me know if upgrading NinjaTrader resolves this matter for you.

          I updated to .11 and it did not resolve the time difference. I also reloaded the historical data on the chart.
