GC chart stopped working

GC chart stopped working today at 10 am.
It is at 1774 and does not work in DOM either
Anyone ?

last week I had issue with contract rollover but that has been fixed

also, the TF and YM will only plot a minute chart.
range, renko and the others wont work. they show prices from this morning

and the GC chart will only plot minutes, but not correctly

Hello Shane,

Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect when you load such charts.

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

If the issue remains, please shut down NinjaTrader and delete the following folder:

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db-->cache

Start NinjaTrader and check if charts load data as expected.

Hi
It is cqg data feed
reloading historical data did not help

I did close down ninja a couple of times and now it works fine.
I am reluctant to delete any caches without knowing how that will affect my strategies and workspaces.
