    Account Repair

    I trade forex with IB using NinjaTrader. (scalping)
    I recently got logged off the data feed from IB ( Not for the first time)
    I was in the middle of a trade and when I reconnected IB no data come up on NT. (not for the first time)

    So I completed the trade using IB trading tools.
    Now my account records in NT are no longer accurate or should I say semi accurate as I have not been able to duplicate the records kept on NJ with those kept on IB.

    Are there any solutions to what I assume must be a common problem or is it something that one has to live with.

    Do you get disconnected daily at the same time, or is it random? There is a server reset on IB's servers that will force you to reconnect.

    If the execution occurred outside of NinjaTrader, you will need to manually add the execution to straighten your performance.

    Please see our Help Guide on how to add an execution:



    After doing so you should repair your database under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> "Repair DB"
