    Data Box has disappeared

    Hi,

    I can't get the data box to show up anymore and I really don't want to start my workspace over again. I used to use 2 monitors and now I'm down to one. When I click on Show Data box it doesn't show up. Is it trying to display on the second monitor where I used to have it? Is there anyway to get it back without a reset of my workspace?

    Hello stockgoblin,

    Thank you for your note.

    When you enable the DataBox, do you see the DataBox,in the Windows taskbar?


    Please use the following steps to move the DataBox.

    * Hold SHIFT + Right Click on the DataBox item in the Windows Taskbar
    * Select 'Move'
    * Press the left arrow key on your keyboard
    * Without pressing any other button, move your mouse.
    * Your DataBox should be anchored to the cursor.
    * Left click to 'plant' the DataBox.


    Let me know if this works for you or if you are having troubles performing the above steps.

    Note this is a general Windows feature and will work with any application.

      This thread should show you how to bring it into your current viewport/viewspace.

          I am having this issue and cannot seem to pull or use my cursor to bring it back into the screen. Any ideas?
