    SHG split today but not showing it.

    Hi,

    I usually don't have a problem seeing splits be automatically adjusted but today I can't seem to get the past data of SHG (U.S. Markets) to show properly on the chart. I'm I doing something wrong or has it not been adjusted yet in your data?

        Hi stockgoblin,

        While connected to the Kinetick real-time data feed I was able to update the splits for the SHG symbol, and so if you disconnect and reconnect can you then please update the splits in the Instrument Manager. The only split I see is the one from today.

        If that does not work can you please send an email support[at]kinetick[dot]com and include your Kinetick ID.

          I'm still seeing a drop from $130 to $30 and that did not happen.

            When reviewing the prices from the SHG for today those are accurate, but in reviewing historical prices I am able to confirm this.

            Currently I am working with Market Data Services to review the nature of this symbol, and will follow-up as that data is coming from the servers.

              Hi stockgoblin,

              In working with Market Data Services we were able to apply the split based on yesterday's data, and so if you can please right-click on the SHG chart and Reload the Historical Data as this split should be reflected at this time.

              Please let me know if the issue persists.
