    Urgent! Stopped connecting to IB

    Hello,
    Please, help.
    Evereting was OK today but 10 min/ ago NT7 stopped connecting to IB. IB's TW works, Kinetick connected but IB not. Just "Connecting - IB" at the bottom line of the Control Center.
    Tried to reboot, reload -- no help.
    What to do?

    Thanks for your note.

    To assist you further may I know what version of TWS you are using. You will get the information from:
    In TWS menu bar goto Help> About Traders Work Station

    Also please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    • You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"


    Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

          Hi,
          Its strange, but I cant upload files and send email. Trying. May be something with my Internet provider.

            Hello Serge,

            Thanks for your reply.

            I see that you have sent your files and they have been receive by Adam.
            Adam found that a temporary connection issue with your ISP may have been what prevented the connection.
            If there is anything further we may assist you with don't hesitate to ask.
