    Error loading historical data

    Hello,

    I can't get any data from my IB connection. Connecting to IB works, but I get no data on "reload all historical data". The chart window just shows an empty chart. I use IB 927.

    Hello michaelscho,

    Can you please tell me what instrument you have selected in the chart.

    Do you receive real-time data if you select the same instrument in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?

    If so, please disconnect IB, go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to IB and check if the chart loads the requested data.

    If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.
